It is submitted by Mr. Anoop Bagai, learned senior counsel along with Mr.
Sanjeev Sabharwal, learned counsel appearing for respondent namely, Municipal
Corporation of Delhi that corporation is contemplating to file an application
under Section 139A of the Constitution of India to transfer all these cases to
the Supreme Court as the similar issue is pending for adjudication before the
Supreme Court.
In view of the aforesaid, matters stands adjourned sine die.
